I bought that helmet off you a few months ago
and I want to remake the visor (hella
scratched) and I get the basic design of it but
I'm just wondering if you have any clue what
kind of plastic or whatever you used to make
the actual visor? Any tips would be great.

I used a visor from a sky runner I believe
switch back sells them.
