So, coming up soon there will be three rooms available at the fern st skate house. less than 500 m from the top pf the seylynn bowl, less than 10 minutes drive from the bottom of seymour, and the church at the bps. close as fuck to the phibbs exchange. 3 rooms coming up open, one this weekend, one at the start of april and another shortly after that. rooms are 300-350 a month depending on if a couple wants a room etc. and utilities. The house is getting knocked down at some point to make some condos but legally they need to give 3 months to kick us out and we haven't gotten notice yet, so the house will be up till July at least. Dog friendly as long as its a cool, well behaved dog that doesn't start shit with my 13 yr old lab. lemme know!
