Good Garages in Van

We used to skate Oakridge all the time cuz
they had no security, an elevator, and no cars
after 10pm... But last time we went there was
a guard with a fucking go kart who followed
us everywhere and told us to leave (very
politely).
We're just learning for the most part, trying
to figure out slides and whatnot, going to
head to some Saturday sessions in the
summer but where can we skate in
Vancouver/Richmond that we can get to by
bus or skytrain? Something not too gnar with
not too many cars.
