you need to scope a location yourself first.
frequent the area and determine if it is SAFELY possible ex traffic, lights, etc.
there are hills all over the lower mainland but that doesnt mean they are all good to race on.
i know there are lots of decent hills in those areas to freeride on, but not suitable to have an outlaw on SAFELY
