Hey Jerica! Those dates are correct.
For the Sully, you can register the morning of the race (it doesn't start until noon-ish). Shnitz will take your cash if he's not passed out somewhere.
Ride the Giant; I'm guessing registration will be on the Rayne site? Might just want to keep your eyes on the message board for more details though.
