This year we are enforcing a zero tolerance policy on drinking and smoking marijuana on the race course. Anyone caught with open liquor on the course will have 3 options - dump it out, give it to the security staff, or be told to leave the course. Security will be on site at the course this year.
The awards show in Madeira Park will be the same as previous years. No alcohol in or around the community hall, this includes the shopping center parking lot and school field.
This is a request from some of the residents on the race hill and the RCMP.
