alright, im making my own board, i weigh 210 pounds, my board is 44 inches long, i have 1/4 baltic birch plywood, how many plies should i use? 2 or 3?

That'll be super springy for a board that long. I'd say 6 or 7, but I've never made a board before. It's about trial and error, see what happens! :D
