Bearings need help

Went for the seawall last saturday and today I found my bearing inusable because of tons of sand in it.
Any ways to clean bearings?
WD40?

WD 40 is actually a de-greaser. it dosent work to well for lubing up bearings for extened period of time. use it to clean them up and losen them off but after dry them the best you can and ge some kind of grease to put in there or "speed cream" you can get it from you local skate shop
