buying a board on behalf of my friend who doesn't know much about gear but wants a flexy cruiser/commuter (i'm thinking something like a timeline would be decent). she's not interested in sliding, dh, or tricks, just city riding.

prefer a complete but deck/trucks separate is ok if cheap. the type of trucks isn't too important, and wheels are irrelevant (if the wheels on the complete aren't great we'll swap out some low-duro $10 LY blems).
