Stanley Park Seawall would probably be a good ride to bring your dog on.
Also one of my favorite small shallow slopes is skate Woodlands from 1st to North Grandview Highway. I think that would be a great skate to bring your dog for. If you explore the neighborhood it's a gold mine for beginners. So you could probably some good spots.
