while doing some research this morning on variouus topics i stumbled upon somthing interesting. BLACK LAWS DICTIONARY; 1. humanitarian doctrine, 2. imminent peril, 3. last clear chance doctrine, 4. emergency doctrine. this may help some of you that ride on roads and get mixed up with other cars. on a side note check out IMMINENT PERIL, nothing to do with sk8ing but you never know. read it if you wish i hope this is of use to you people.
