its a hell of a lot of pushing... you dont really need to slide/footbreak until the very end... took me and my buddies about an hour and a half, but we stop and took water breaks.

22km round trip.
Easy grade, no need to slide, just carve it up a bit on steeper parts. Few blind corners, watch for cyclists. Some pushing will be required too.
Gorgeus forest.
Water in the most of the little streams, uphill, is good to drink.
