Toronto Board Meeting 2010; Bot's edition. from Mikael Bottreau on Vimeo.It took me forever before I got to edit this. Pretty amped on the result, I think you get the idea and stoke from the event. The ride is not in chronological order though.
The day started at a little park close to St-Clair subway station. 460 stoked as fuck people showed up to shred the streets of Toronto. I was amazed at how longboard safety is promoted in Toronto. Almost 80% of people had helmets, pretty stoked on that. So the slower people had to go on a slower path and they missed the Yonge Bomb. So we stopped at some famous intersections/locations throughout town, to show Torontonians that we're not going to get out of the streets, like their stupid mayor would love. The horse @ Queen's Park, Town Hall and Kensington Market were the main stops.
The leaders kinda got lost at some point during the event, which brought us to a crazy Christian parade. Jesus was shown love, but was also getting whipped. WOOOPAHH
