Last winter we threw the winter outlaw
series in the shivering winter months....
we blazed our way through strips of wet
asphalt and cold weather for a super fun
race series!
Now, ITS BACK! And better than ever!
We’ve picked up more product sponsors
for it to be even RADDER this year.
So, hows it going to work this year? Here
is the scoop:
Racing format: True double elimination
format, this year you can lose once and
still battle your way to the TOP. Heats
will be 4 man heats.
Points: You will be given points
depending on your rank: 1 point for 1st,
3 for third, and so on. The one with the
least amount of points at the end of all
three races wins! We’ll also have prizes
for random ranks, etc. If we have
enough jr riders, we will have a jrs class.
Same with masters.
Gear: you must ride a skateboard. 4
wheels. Stand up only. Helmet and
gloves REQUIRED. Kneepads highly
encouraged.
Buy in: 3 dolla. Its cheap. Ask your dad
for three bucks.
Location: The impossible bust: Overlook
corners, Lousiville coloRADo. Yeah, it’s
not the BEST location, but the cops LOVE
us, and it’s easily maintainable! We are
working on a new location for the dec
12th race, but it will most likely be at
overlook.
Time/Date: Each race will be held on the
second weekend of its respective month.
That means Nov 13th, Dec 12th, Jan 8th.
Practice starts at 10am and racing at
around 11am.
Prizes: we’ll be giving overall prizes to a
ton of categories: worst crash, most
stoke, most in need of new wheels, most
improved skater, etc etc. There will be
lots of prizes so don’t miss out!!! Most of
the prizes will be held till the FINAL race.
Please note that if you make it to more
than one of the races, your chances of
winning a prize go up!
BBQ: yum. We’ll be figuring out a place
to chill, kick back some drinks, munch
some burgers, and hang out. This will be
at the last race in January. Bring a warm
jacket.
