seconded. Loosen your trucks, skate more, slow down before you're going to fast and breathe.

Speed wobble goes away when you get higher muscle response. I like to use the softest Venom or Reflex I can when I'm cruising around and I switch up to a stiffer bushing when I'm going downhill. Soft bushings at slow speed feel like stiff bushings at high speed. And don't loosen your trucks. That will give a higher turning angle in your truck and give the pivot point a weird feeling.

wobbles are in your mind.. before going
fast make sure to be prepare to go
fast.. when i say prepare I mean.. dont
freak out.. dont be tense.. if you are
calm and chill you will do just fine!..
and if you get wobbles.. opening your
arms and putting weight on the front
trucks help to ride through it.!

hope I've helped you a bit bro!.. I dont
want to do a whole letter about it..
