freeman goes to prison?

apparently he was sent to jail for claiming he
wasn't the person on his drivers license. Did
he do something wrong or are the freemen not as
right as they think they are?

the original freeman in north vancouver
hasnt been detained or prosecuted for
anything. and I personally know a man by
the name of dennis who is practicing his
freeman rights, and was able to nullify
his traffic violations and possesion of
a pound of marijuana (never got the pot
back, but was never charged) through a
court de jure appearance
