no more EVO

Blanky posted,

Evo seems to dominate the DH market but it's
fukin useless for anything other than hill
bombing. You cant slide it well or carve
well.

I'm thinking of buying a Rayne Nemesis. How's
that one for DH? I know it's great for
freeride but is it Seymour or Cypress DH
certified

anyone have expereince with respect to the
stability of the board at high speed?

kibbling replied,

i disagree, the evo IS a unidirectional
board but that doesnt mean you cant
freeride it. look at andrew from
ontario! he is one of the few who have
taken the time to master freeriding on
an evo, he can bust huge standups and
reverts from switch no problem. its
obviously a board which is more suited
for downhill speed but you can freeride
on ANYTHING!
