TV show looking for female crash footage

Darryl Freeman posted,

Aloha everybody,
I was sent this email today, thought I would post it for more to see.
If anybody has footage that they personally own, with full rights to sell, they should send me a compressed copy or contact me about it. If the content is acceptable by the producer I will help you license, sell and protect your footage. I have made more money selling my sk8 footage than other sk8 earnings combined. When production companies request footage, it's best to be quick.

Darryl Freeman replied,

Ok, I see not everybody is stoked on this post.
For those who feel this way, tell me how seeing a female skater crash on tv will hurt our sport more than it will spread our stoke.
When you see a rally car crash, does it take away from the sport of rally? I could use many examples here.

As for selling the footage, I am offering a connection to a legit business willing to pay for footage, the knowledge I have gained from working with production companies since my "Bridge Jump", and my personal contract which protects the rights to the footage and it's owner, rather than the typical contract which only looks out for the production companies interests.
I strongly suggest if anybody ever sells stock footage they contact me for this contract.
I spent a fair amount of cash, time and thought with a lawyer to write this up.

If the footage being sold is good enough they will pay much more than they will offer and accept your contract and terms.

Alohas!
