Dear Sir,
This notice serves to inform you that i, dan moe, have aquired your Green, Full Face, Crusty as Shit helmet from the premises of Mr. Shnitzle on March 24th, 2011. It has been deemed the helmet suitable for use in the sport of downhill skateboarding, regardless of the stench. It is with my fullest of intention to engage the helmet in such activity. Consider this notice my due deligence to inform you of my intentions, and thus, if there is no reasonable rebuttal by Mr. RAGGIE within 30 days of the posting of this message, said helmet shall be considered property of mine, Mr. dan moe.
