Moving to Van

Hello
I'm moving to Vancouver this upcoming May and
was wondering if there are any skate houses
out there. I'm moving from Ottawa and looking
for somewhat responsible skaters to live
with. Basically I just want someone who is
gonna pay their rent, because it's in my best
interest to not end up homeless.
