Yeah it is, it's not in the board, it's all in the head.

if youre worried about speed wobbles then
the evo is a good choice, but as stated
above, it wont make you a better rider, if
you ride beyond your ability bad things
can happen. the right trucks and bushings
are also key to keeping the wobbles away.
