greasy bushings

so i bought some eliminators a couple weeks
ago and slapped them on my board with some
cup washers and after a week or so i realized
that the bushing had slipped out of the cup
and now the bushing is fucked. so i went out
and bought some more today and the same thing
is happening, i tried washing the grease off
them but it didn't work, anyone know how to
get rid of the grease? i know i could just
use flat washers but i prefer cupped on this
set-up

are the bushing slipping out of the washer or out of the bushing seat of the hanger, had the same issue with a set of tracker and the buchings desintergrated within two pumps.
