To The Organizer:
Please accept my entry into the Salt Spring Slasher Downhill Skateboard Race on Saturday, August 13, 2011.
I Acknowledge that by signing this document, I am releasing Adrian English, Switchback Longboards, all volunteers and sponsors and promoters from liability. I acknowledge that skateboarding is an inherently dangerous sport and fully realize the dangers of participating in a skateboard race and fully assume the risks associated with suck participation including for example, but not limited to, the dangers of collision with pedestrians, vehicles, other participants, secure or moving objects, surface hazards, equipment failure. The releases' own negligence and the possibility of serious physical and / or mental trauma or injury associated with athletic skateboarding competition. I hereby waive, release, discharge, hold harmless, and promise to indemnify and not to sue the sponsors, the organizers and promoting bodies.
