What I did was i took a jet lighter and heated the axle with the flame pointed away from the hanger for about a minute or so, then used muscle to slowly crank them out. The axles should come out fairly easy but you have to use a super hot flame from a jet lighter or propane torch. I have also heard of people putting them in the oven for a little bit to weaken the locktite
