Hello Potential Roomies :)
We are looking for a cool couple to sublet
the upstairs master bedroom from Jan 1st till
at least the end of April at the Mansion.
There will be 4 other people living here
between the ages of 23 -28, plus 2 kitties.
The upstairs is open and bright with wood
floors, a bar and stripper pole! the
downstairs is cozy and funky and canuck
crazy.
There is parking and laundry; rent includes
utilities (gas, power, cable, home phone,
internet)
We are close to 4 bus routes (19, 20, 25, and
33) and the nanaimo skytrain station; and 5
min bus ride to commercial and broadway (or
10 min skate)
Within blocks there are: 24 hour gas station,
grocery store, canadian tire, td, scotiabank,
24 hour mcdonalds, beer store, kfc, dq,
pho....
Probably not good for serious students, 420
