Survive Vancouver

Alright so im moving from victoria to
vancouver. Seems like a cool place and the
longboarding scene over there is huge
obviously. Im going to be broke as fuck and
living in a room the size of a closet. So
post your tips and advice on how to survive.
Fun cheap as shit to do.
Any mellow hills to learn sliding on? Im sure
i will skate with you guys in the future but
want to get the basics down first.

There are soo many hills to choose from
really. I prefer clark park though if you
want to start off, it seems daunting but
w/e push your limit! Its nothing compared
to Capitol Hill though.
