places to skate in van

hey so i might be moving to van with in the next month or so and all i have heard is boarding bans in multiple citys in the lower mainland area and also boards being impounded and also tickets being handed out. so what cities dont have bans, and what are the rules and regulations for others?

west van its illegal, but u can usually
