Seawall Cruise 2013

Hello everybody! Great Seawall cruise this year and
props to everybody for turning up. Yes we did get
reminded to clean up our garbage by the police,
something to remember for next year. Maybe you'll think
I'm a square for this post- but I felt slightly bad for
stopping by the water park on the seawall cruise. This
was an area full of families and children. Sure there was
a lot of drinking and smoking pot but I thought that we
should have chosen a spot that was a little more
appropriate for what we were doing. Keeping in mind
that smoking in Vancouver Parks is technically not
allowed (I agree this is a silly rule) as is drinking. Maybe
we should make sure to keep it covered and keep the
party to the beaches and not the children's play areas.
Just a thought for next year. I'm sure I will get a lot of
backlash from coast on this post- but I also think we
need to be taken seriously by the community. Keep
skating...

I love what you are saying. But your talking to a
bunch of well self righteous assholes who think
they are more deserving then others. Why
because they think they are a special elite group
cause they long board, and are above others.
