What Happened To Coast?

So I took a self appointed break from the
internet for a few years because I felt it was
needed ( I feel disconnection from electronics
and the connected world is vital to self
preservation). Anyways....I come back now and
Coast is a shell of what it once used to be.
Hardly anyone seems to post here anymore and
if they do, quite often I notice it is just
useless crap and nonesense or someone with a
flip attitude or stupid uninformed comment or
opinion. It used to be about mad meet ups for
skate seshes, event happenings and valuable
information about products and skate spots .
Just wanted to know what happened? Does
everyone just use Facebook and all that crap
now or what? Maybe Im just an old school
skater ranting who misses what once was and
dont like big changes but it used to be a
great community and a fantastic source of i
formation. Im sure I'll get responses of
people telling me to shut up and accept what
is but its a sad sight when more quality is
removed from the world. Hope to get some good
responses though. Maybe I'll just say fuck it
and go skate. Skating is way better than the
internet and Facebook and all that shit
anyways.
